【RD】AI Solutions Engineer

Acer’s AI Business Unit is seeking an experienced “ AI Solutions Engineer “ to develop practical enterprise AI applications and customer solutions.
This role combines AI application development, full-stack engineering, rapid prototyping, and system integration. You will work with product, engineering, and customer teams to transform business requirements into reliable, user-friendly AI products.

本職位結合 AI 應用、全端開發、快速原型及系統整合能力，將實際需求轉化為穩定、易用且可部署的 AI 產品。
Key Responsibilities
 Design and develop enterprise AI applications, prototypes, and customer solutions.
 Build full-stack applications and integrate frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and AI services.
 Develop LLM, RAG, AI Agent, and intelligent workflow applications.
 Translate customer and product requirements into practical technical solutions.
 Collaborate with product and engineering teams on solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
 Troubleshoot application, integration, and deployment issues across different environments.
 Evaluate new AI technologies and rapidly integrate suitable technologies into products.
 Support web, mobile, and cross-platform application development when required.
