- Develop and maintain core backend services; design and integrate various partner/vendor APIs.
- Integrate with partner systems, ensuring consistent and stable data flow and transactions.
- Investigate cross-service production issues: trace root cause via logs/monitoring and resolve.
- Optimize system performance (database queries, caching, transactional consistency).
- Collaborate with team members, PO, and partner teams to drive issues to resolution.
