RD Chemist (Pyralux)

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Lead Pyralux FCCL (flexible copper clad laminate) development to enable high-speed-high-frequency market trends.
2. Establish technology capabilities and know-hows via understanding of customer needs & material technology.
3. Lead multiple FCCL product development projects and supervise team members.
4. Collaborate with copper foil suppliers to develop copper clad laminates.
5. Identify operational windows of new formulations for lab to scale up process.
6. Provide training to technician and sales representative

【Qualifications】
1. PhD degree is required in Material Science/Polymer Science/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
2. Ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-function team inside Qnity
3. Independent researcher, as well as teamwork is required
4. Fluent in English & Mandarin
5. Good computer proficiency
6. Experience in patent search and patent filing is a plus
7. Experience in polyimide synthesis is a plus
8. Experience in dispersion or interface mechanics is a plus
