Job Overview

Noodoe is seeking an experienced R&D Director to lead our Cloud, Platform, Application, QA teams.

As Noodoe's products and services are primarily focused on the U.S. market, this position requires strong people-management capabilities, market awareness, and the ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product and technology priorities.

This role is not limited to technical leadership. The R&D Director will be responsible for strengthening the management structure, improving accountability and cross-functional collaboration, and driving the practical adoption of AI across product development and R&D operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead the Platform, Application, SQA, Product Management, and Product Design teams, with overall responsibility for R&D strategy, organization management, and resource allocation.

2.Establish clear roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and accountability mechanisms across the R&D organization.

3.Define development goals, priorities, timelines, and delivery standards to ensure that products are delivered on schedule and meet quality and market expectations.

4.Manage, coach, and develop team leaders and key talent through effective performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.

5.Establish measurable R&D goals and performance indicators, and regularly report progress, risks, resource requirements, and improvement plans to the CEO.

6.Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and other functions to translate U.S. customer needs and market feedback into product and technology roadmaps.

7.Maintain a strong understanding of the U.S. market, customer expectations, competing products, and industry trends to support product and R&D prioritization.

8.Drive the practical adoption of AI tools and technologies across requirements analysis, software development, testing, quality assurance, documentation, and other R&D workflows.

9.Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into Noodoe's products and services and lead initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

10.Establish effective risk-management and problem-solving mechanisms to proactively address project delays, quality issues, technical debt, and cross-functional challenges.

2.建立清楚的組織分工、職責、決策及責任制度，提升團隊執行力與管理透明度。
設定研發目標、優先順序及交付時程，確保產品開發進度、品質與市場需求一致。

3.管理及培養現有主管與核心人才，進行績效管理、人才發展、接班規劃及必要的人員調整。

4.建立有效的研發管理機制及衡量指標，定期向 CEO 報告進度、風險、資源需求與改善方案。

5.與 Sales、Operations、Customer Support及其他部門密切合作，將美國客戶需求與市場回饋轉化為產品及技術規劃。

6.持續掌握美國市場、競爭產品、客戶需求及產業發展，協助公司判斷產品方向與研發優先順序。

7.推動 AI 工具與技術在研發流程中的實際應用，包括需求分析、軟體開發、測試、品質管理、文件及團隊生產力提升。

8.評估 AI 在公司產品與服務中的應用機會，推動具商業價值且可實際落地的方案。
建立風險管理與問題解決機制，主動處理專案延誤、品質問題、技術債與跨部門合作障礙。
