1. qualification in project management or equivalent
2. knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
3. knowledge of project management techniques and tools
4. direct work experience in project management capacity
5. proven experience in people management
6. proven experience in strategic planning
7. proven experience in risk management
8. proven experience in change management
9. proficient in project management software
10. good team player with good communication skills
