【RD】Software R&D Engineer – Computer Vision & AI

Develop, maintain, and optimize software functions and technical modules for image/video analysis, data processing, and AI-based applications.

Develop and integrate computer vision and AI algorithms, including image preprocessing, object/person detection, tracking, pose-related data processing, and feature extraction.

Design and implement software modules for processing video, time-series data, coordinates, trajectories, and other quantitative information.

Integrate AI models and computer vision algorithms into production applications, and optimize model inference speed, stability, and system performance.

Develop and maintain data processing, analysis, visualization, validation, and debugging tools to support product development and verification.

Work with Product and domain experts to translate application requirements into technical designs, algorithms, APIs, and software functions.

Analyze software, algorithm, camera, and AI-related issues, identify root causes, and improve system robustness across different devices, cameras, environments, and operating conditions.

Participate in software architecture design, module development, API integration, version control, testing, debugging, and product release processes.

Evaluate and integrate suitable open-source libraries, AI models, computer vision frameworks, and emerging technologies.

Support development related to 2D/3D data processing, coordinate systems, camera data, temporal analysis, segmentation, and quantitative feature extraction.

Optimize application performance on Windows, GPU-enabled PCs, edge devices, or other target environments.

Collaborate with internal teams and external technical partners to bring technical concepts and prototypes into production-ready solutions.
