RD Technical Project Manager(NUC)

工作說明

1. Lead ASUS internal teams and ODM partners to develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones and timelines
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (US and Taiwan) to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and customer requirements while proactively manage/negotiate cost, schedule, scope and quality
3. Manage hardware, software, materials/Bill of material
4. Manage changes, conduct risk assessments, and implement strategies to mitigate potential project issues
5. Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior management
6. Proficient in negotiating, adept at conflict resolution and skilled on guiding teams through ambiguous project scenarios
7. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

需求條件

1. 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Project Coordinator in the IT industry, with a background in NPI and Mass Production (MP); experience with NUC or similar computing products is a plus.
2. Highly proficient in written and spoken English .
3. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
