RDC - Accounting & Tax Supervisor
NewBe an early applicant- Plan, monitor, and ensure strict compliance with accounting close schedules, financial reporting, and tax deliverables, meeting defined quality and timeliness standards.
- Provide integrated supervision across Accounting and Tax, ensuring a holistic understanding of client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control team workload and hours invested, identifying deviations and reporting them to management on a monthly basis.
- Review and approve time records and related documentation in internal reporting systems (e.g., Time Reports, LMS).
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for statutory auditors, tax auditors, and external reviewers.
- Ensure effective people management, including onboarding, training, delegation, performance evaluation, and development of team members.
- Coordinate and oversee compliance with all tax, legal, and corporate obligations within the agreed service scope for assigned clients.
- Review and approve supporting documentation for accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Actively follow up on client collections in coordination with Finance to ensure timely cash recovery.
- Prepare and validate billing instructions for non-recurring services and hourly fees, ensuring strict adherence to TMF’s internal billing calendar.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and service documentation.
- Prepare and maintain annual deliverables calendars, integrating all relevant service areas and aligning timelines with clients.
- Identify and support opportunities for service expansion and improved client engagement, contributing to revenue growth and retention.
- Monitor regulatory and tax law changes, ensuring clients are informed of potential impacts, risks, and compliance considerations.
