Re-Bath Sales Trainer and Quality Control Manager
Sales Trainer and Quality Control Manager
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Sales Trainer to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who knows sales from the inside out, understands what separates average salespeople from top performers, and can take ownership of developing a high-performing sales team.
We are not looking for someone who needs to be told what to train or how to train it. We're looking for a self-starter who can identify opportunities, build effective training programs, coach individuals, and continuously improve our sales process.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs for new and experienced sales representatives
- Lead onboarding and ongoing sales education
- Train reps on sales process, presentation skills, objection handling, closing techniques, and customer interaction
- Conduct role-play sessions and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- Work one-on-one with sales representatives to identify weaknesses and develop improvement plans
- Observe sales calls and appointments to identify coaching opportunities
- Partner with Sales Management to improve overall team performance
- Track training effectiveness and use performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Continuously develop and improve training materials, presentations, and processes
- Stay current on sales techniques, industry trends, and best practices
- Help create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- An experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success
- A self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do
- Confident leading a room and commanding the attention of a sales team
- An excellent communicator and presenter
- Comfortable giving direct, honest, and constructive feedback
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple training priorities
- Competitive, energetic, and motivated by seeing others succeed
- Someone who understands that effective training goes beyond a classroom-it requires coaching, follow-up, accountability, and reinforcement
- Comfortable using sales metrics and performance data to identify opportunities
- Able to build credibility with salespeople through real-world sales experience
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of successful sales experience
- Previous experience as a sales trainer, sales manager, or sales coach
- Experience training in-home sales, remodeling, home improvement, or another consultative sales environment is a major plus
- Demonstrated experience improving sales performance through coaching and training
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success isn't simply measured by how good the training sessions are. Success is measured by what happens afterward.
Our Sales Trainer should help create salespeople who are more confident, more consistent, better prepared, and ultimately more successful in the field.
If you're an experienced salesperson who has a passion for developing people, sees opportunities others miss, and doesn't need someone standing over your shoulder to get things done, we'd like to talk to you.
