RE Tech Lead
- Lead and manage recruitment operations for the RE business vertical | 6–7 years in RE recruitment & team handling | Noida | ||||
- Must have prior proven experience in recruitment domain handling clients and team management | ||||||
- Establish, manage, and nurture client relationships | ||||||
- Responsible for acquiring minimum 2 new clients per quarter for recruitment business | ||||||
- Ensure SLAs and timelines for resume sourcing, screening, and submission are met by the recruitment team | ||||||
- Drive recruitment processes including screening, quality checks, conversions, client feedback, interview coordination, and closure | ||||||
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to process compliance and operational efficiency | ||||||
- Handle both client hiring and internal hiring requirements end-to-end | ||||||
- Manage escalations, reporting, weekly MIS, hiring trackers, and closure analytics | ||||||
- Work closely with management on expansion roadmap, hiring strategy, and new business onboarding | ||||||
- No calling or searching required personally—but must ensure the team executes efficiently |
