Our Haslet site operates 24/7 in support of the LEGO Group. We offer positions across four crews with day and night shifts available.
- Weekend Premium Differential: Earn an additional $1.50/hour for weekend night shifts (Thursday, Midnight to 6:00 pm, Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM)-41 hours a week

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Reach Truck Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be operating a reach truck to efficiently retrieve, stack, and move pallets, specifically targeting high-bay racking systems up to the 6th level (approx. 9–11 meters / 30–35 feet).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded correctly and in a timely manner and make sure all steps are completed before releasing the truck
- Frequently step on and off the reach truck to manually search through pallets, break down bulk stock, and select the correct items for distribution.
- Report any damages or defaults with the forklift immediately to your team lead.
- Move production supplies to and from the storage areas, using the task sheets, with a forklift, hand jack, or what means necessary to keep the production flowing.
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Conduct location audits randomly and cycle counts
- Organize materials in the production area along with the warehouse areas keeping them neat and clean
- Identify potential problems or issues that arise
- Other duties as assigned
