React Developer

We are looking for a hands-on ReactJS Developer to build responsive web and mobile experiences for
enterprise construction and renewable-energy platforms used daily by field teams on live project
sites. You will convert UI/UX designs into performant, installable applications (PWA and React
Native), integrate with backend APIs, and work in an agile, sprint-driven team alongside backend, QA
automation and UI/UX specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS (functional components, hooks,
Redux/Context state management).
• Develop mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS, including offline-capable flows
for field usage.
• Convert Figma UI/UX designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, mobile-first interfaces (PWA patterns:
installability, asset caching).
• Integrate frontend with backend REST APIs; handle authentication (SSO/OAuth), error states and
data caching.
• Build dashboards, data grids, map/GIS views and reporting screens with strong rendering
performance.
• Ensure application performance, scalability and security (code-splitting, lazy loading, secure token
storage).
• Write clean, testable, peer-reviewed code; participate in sprint planning, retrospectives and bug
bash cycles.
• Collaborate with QA to keep components automation-friendly (stable selectors/test IDs for
Playwright).
• Support UAT and production releases with structured root-cause analysis on issues.
Requirements
Mandatory/Must have Skills:
• ReactJS and React Native (hands-on project experience)
• JavaScript and TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap; responsive cross-browser design
• REST API integration (JSON, async patterns)
• State management: Redux / Zustand / Context
• Git/GitHub or Azure DevOps (branching, PRs, reviews)
Good to have skills:
• PWA experience (service workers, offline caching)
• Map libraries (Leaflet / ArcGIS JS) or charting (Chart.js / Recharts)
• Azure DevOps boards and CI/CD exposure
• SSO integration experience (Azure AD / SAP BTP IAS)
• Basic Node.js
