About the Role :
We are looking for a React Developer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and building high-performance developer-focused solutions. This role focuses on developing and maintaining our Web SDK with an emphasis on application logic, performance, and real-time communication rather than UI design.
You will be responsible for maintaining our Web SDK, building scalable features, and working closely with product and backend teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, enhance, and optimize the Web SDK.
Develop scalable features using React and JavaScript.
Manage application state using React Context (Provider) and Redux.
Build and maintain real-time communication features using WebSockets.
Debug complex issues and optimize application performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable JavaScript code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new SDK capabilities.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
1 to 3 years of experience as a React Developer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong experience with React.
Hands-on experience with React Context (Provider) and Redux for state management.
Experience working with WebSockets.
Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience building application functionality and business logic rather than primarily focusing on UI development.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Good to Have
Experience with React Native.
Experience working with WebRTC.
Experience integrating audio/video meeting solutions.
Understanding of real-time communication systems.
Experience working on SDKs or developer tools.
