React Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js + MongoDB)
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented React Full Stack Developer with experience using React.js to build high-performance, responsive web applications, along with the Node.js backend and MongoDB database that power them. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of frontend development, REST API design and integration, and database management, with experience delivering scalable and user-friendly applications end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend (Web)

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable and scalable UI components using JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Convert UI/UX designs (Figma) into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI libraries.
• Ensure high performance, cross-browser compatibility, and a smooth user experience.
• Integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, and plugins.

Backend

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, role-based access).
• Integrate payment gateways, email/SMS services, and other third-party APIs.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Database

• Design and manage MongoDB databases, collections, and schemas (using Mongoose).
• Write efficient queries and aggregation pipelines, and apply proper indexing.
• Ensure data security, backups, and data integrity.

General

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA, and product teams.
• Debug and fix issues across the frontend, APIs, and database.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Maintain code quality using Git version control and coding standards.

Required Skills
Frontend (Web)

• Strong experience in React.js (Hooks, functional components, React Router).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API for state management.
• Familiarity with Next.js is an added advantage.

Backend

• Strong experience in Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services.
• Knowledge of JWT authentication and API security.

Database

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Mongoose.
• Knowledge of schema design, indexing, and aggregation.

Tools & Practices

• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Experience in debugging and performance optimization.
• Understanding of web application security best practices (OWASP, XSS, CSRF).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment of web applications.

Must have worked on at least two projects from design to delivery stage.
