React.JS Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a React.JS Developer based in India.

This is an entry-level software engineering opportunity focused on building modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.
You will work primarily with React.js while collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, QA professionals, and other stakeholders.
The role offers hands-on exposure to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and implementation through testing and deployment.
You will contribute to writing maintainable code, troubleshooting issues, integrating APIs, and improving application performance.
Working within an Agile environment, you will participate in team ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js, with a focus on usability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into effective frontend solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code while following established software development standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across different platforms and environments to maintain a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of professional or relevant experience developing applications with React.js.
• Proficiency in React.js and familiarity with JavaScript for building interactive user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and fundamental frontend development principles.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, Agile methodologies, and collaborative development environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and approach problems with a structured, detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies, frameworks, tools, and development practices.
• Openness to participating in code reviews and receiving and providing constructive feedback.
