React Native Architect - Mobile App Development

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design and define scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile application architectures using React Native.

- Lead end-to-end mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms.

- Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern mobile development practices.

- Architect state management solutions using Redux or similar libraries.

- Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and native modules.

- Possess working knowledge of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development.

- Drive application performance optimization, debugging, security, and code quality.

- Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.

- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor engineering teams.

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, app deployment, and release management is preferred.

Key Requirements :

- 10+ years of overall software development experience.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on React Native development experience.

- Proven experience designing mobile application architecture and leading technical implementations.

- Strong expertise in mobile application development for both iOS and Android.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
