Requirements
For one of our clients in Amsterdam , we are looking for an experienced Freelance React Native Developer who can independently contribute to the development and further improvement of a mobile application.
The main focus is on React Native and TypeScript , combined with a strong sense of UX and mobile usability . You will be involved throughout the development process, from translating designs and user flows into high-quality features to testing, optimizing and releasing the application.
We are not looking for a pure UX/UI Designer, but for a hands-on React Native Developer with a strong eye for UX . You understand what makes a mobile application intuitive, can critically challenge designs and user flows, and are able to translate these into a smooth and polished mobile experience.
This is a freelance position and is open to both Dutch- and English-speaking developers .
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in mobile development - Strong understanding of UX, usability and mobile interaction - Strong experience with React Native and TypeScript - Experience independently developing and delivering production mobile applications - Experience translating designs into high-quality mobile interfaces - Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services - Experience with state management within React Native - Experience with iOS and Android releases - Experience with testing, debugging and performance optimization - Experience with Expo is a plus - Able to work independently and contribute to both technical and UX-related decisions - Dutch or English speaking - Willing to work multiple days per week on-site in Amsterdam
