React Native Full Stack Developer (React Native CLI + Node.js + MongoDB)
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented React Native Full Stack Developer with experience using React Native CLI to build high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, along with the Node.js backend and MongoDB database that power them. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mobile application development, REST API design and integration, and database management, with experience delivering scalable and user-friendly applications end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend (Mobile)

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native CLI.
• Build reusable and scalable mobile components using JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and a smooth user experience.
• Integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, and plugins.
• Handle mobile app deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Backend

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, role-based access).
• Integrate Firebase, push notification services, and other third-party APIs.
• Deploy and maintain backend services on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Database

• Design and manage MongoDB databases, collections, and schemas (using Mongoose).
• Write efficient queries and aggregation pipelines, and apply proper indexing.
• Ensure data security, backups, and data integrity.

General

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA, and product teams.
• Debug and fix issues across the mobile app, APIs, and database.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Maintain code quality using Git version control and coding standards.

Required Skills
Frontend (Mobile)

• Strong experience in React Native (CLI).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript.
• Experience with Android Studio and Xcode.
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of Redux / Context API for state management.
• Familiarity with native modules and third-party libraries.
• Knowledge of push notifications and background services.
• Experience with App Store and Play Store deployment.

Backend

• Strong experience in Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services.
• Knowledge of JWT authentication and API security.
• Experience with Firebase integration.

Database

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Mongoose.
• Knowledge of schema design, indexing, and aggregation.

Tools & Practices

• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Experience in debugging and performance optimization.
• Understanding of mobile and backend security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps and backend services.

Must have worked on at least two projects from design to delivery stage.
