Responsibilities:

Define technical direction and architecture for white label React Native platform
Establish and govern modularization standards across engineering teams
Drive adoption of design systems, feature management, and testing strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical roadmap with business objectives
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams
Own mobile platform reliability, performance, and scalability
Lead CI/CD strategy, release governance, and app store compliance
Represent mobile engineering in organizational technical decisions

Requirements:

5+ years mobile development experience, with 4+ years in React Native leadership roles
Mastery of React Native ecosystem, architecture patterns, and performance optimization
Proven leadership of 2-4 squads or platform teams with measurable outcome
Proven experience scaling white-label platforms to hundreds of variants
Governance of multi-package monorepos and release automation across 100+ variants
Expert in design systems, feature management, and testing strategies
Track record of building and leading engineering teams
Strong experience with release automation and app store processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinking with hands-on technical capabilities
