React, Typescript Developer - Homebased

Salary: ₱120,000 – ₱140,000 per month

We’re looking for a Solutions Developer who’s passionate about React, TypeScript, and AI-powered development to join our Product Development team.

You’ll build and enhance custom components and interfaces for our global PPM product using Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll take ownership of your work from implementation to release, collaborate with a distributed team, and help shape how we use AI to build better software.

What You’ll Do

• Develop high-quality React and TypeScript components and interfaces.

• Build custom Power Apps components using PCF.

• Write, test, review, and release clean, reliable code.

• Work with Git, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.

• Troubleshoot issues, explore new technologies, and share ideas with the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and the ability to validate their output.

• Familiarity with Git, pull requests, and CI/CD workflows.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, or model-driven apps.

• A proactive, detail-oriented developer who takes ownership and learns quickly.

Bonus points: PCF, SQL, C#/.NET, Dynamics 365, REST/OData, Power Platform ALM, or Microsoft certifications.

Must be willing to work Tuesday - Saturday 5 AM to 2 PM Manila Time

Must have reliable internet connection at home
