The ideal candidate for our Ready Mix Quality Control Manager position will bring 5+ years of QC management experience in the Ready Mix Concrete industry and a strong understanding of industry standards, testing procedures, and mix optimization.

Job Requirements

• Lead all quality control efforts across multiple plant locations
• Ensure compliance with DOT, ASTM, ACI, and other regulatory standards
• Responsible for the day-to-day quality of performance. Testing and adjusting mixes as needed to meet job and project specifications.
• Evaluate and troubleshooting quality issues including, but not limited to real-time specification deviations, customer complaints, and warranty items. Coordinating with the appropriate salesperson on actions and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the customers to strengthen customer loyalty.
