Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Job Description
- Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other real estate documents.
- Guide transactions from initial review through closing.
- Review title matters and help identify and resolve issues affecting transactions.
- Communicate directly with clients, lenders, title professionals, opposing counsel, and other transaction parties.
- Provide practical legal guidance on real estate matters and transaction requirements.
- Manage multiple active matters while maintaining accuracy and meeting critical deadlines.
- Help deliver responsive, client-focused service throughout every stage of a transaction.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of directly relevant real estate law experience.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- New York Bar admission and good standing.
- Working knowledge of real estate transactions and related legal documents.
- Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage priorities and deadlines.
- Must be able to work on-site in Tonawanda, NY.
