Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough due diligence on real estate transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met. - Draft and vet various legal documents, including sale deeds and development agreements, to protect the interests of our clients. - Perform title investigations to ascertain the legitimacy of property titles and resolve any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. - Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice. - Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings related to real estate matters. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations. - Proficiency in due diligence processes and legal document drafting. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and negotiation abilities. - Familiarity with CERSAI and IGR systems is a plus.
