Real Estate Lead Manager

What You'll Do
* Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents to source off-market and listed investment opportunities.
* Make outbound cold calls to establish new relationships with local real estate agents.
* Follow up with agents in our existing database to identify potential property deals.
* Conduct discovery calls to qualify new opportunities based on seller motivation, property condition, timeline, and pricing.
* Assist the Acquisition Manager by presenting offers through real estate agents.
* Follow up on submitted offers to help move deals toward contract.
* Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead activity in the company CRM.

What We're Looking For
* Fluent English with a clear, professional speaking voice and minimal accent.
* At least *6 months of experience* in real estate lead management or sales.
* Experience with *comping and underwriting* is a strong advantage.
* Available to work *8-hour shifts during U.S. Eastern Time* (between *8:00–10:00 AM EST* start and *5:00–7:00 PM EST* finish).
* Comfortable achieving *1–2+ hours of daily talk time* and sending *20–35 manual text messages* per day.
* Familiarity with U.S. culture and business communication is preferred.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Experience with *GoHighLevel (GHL)* is a plus but not required.
