Position Overview:

This is an entry-level position that includes the receipt, review, and upload of all electronic documents related to the mortgage loan process to the Credit Union’s mortgage loan origination system, as well as facilitating MLO understanding of the electronic signature and documentation process. In this position, one is tasked with ensuring a smooth member experience and efficient gathering of vital information during the mortgage loan process. This position, while hybrid, is mainly in-office.

Responsibilities:

  • 40% Upload eSigned member documents into the mortgage loan origination system.
  • 20% Assist branch and lending contact center personnel with first mortgage electronic signature questions, concerns and issues.
  • 10% Resend email links to members as needed.
  • 10% Scan ink-signed documents into ImageFlow.
  • 10% Print and mail physical documents as requested by MLOs.
  • 10% Answer inbound departmental phone calls.

Required Education & Experience:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook.
  • Able to key data accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience with electronic document vendors i.e. DocMagic.

Job Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Computer for prolonged periods.
