Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $1,800 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 6AM - 2PM / 9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday), aligned with the client’s operational requirements.

Who The Client Is: Our client is a fast-growing Australian property media business that helps real estate professionals create polished visual content for residential property listings. Their services include photography, video, aerial media, floor plans, virtual property experiences, and supporting marketing materials.
Role Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Real Estate Media Quality Control & Delivery Administrator to ensure property media is accurate, polished, and delivered on time. The role includes photo corrections, floor plan updates, drone overlays, client revisions, and final file preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review edited real estate photos for colour, exposure, sharpness, perspective, cropping, and consistency
- Identify and correct editing issues using Adobe Photoshop or similar software
- Check for HDR errors, colour casts, distorted verticals, reflections, cloning mistakes, and incomplete object removal
- Review and update CubiCasa floor plans using Photoshop
- Check room labels, layouts, dimensions, and presentation for accuracy
- Create drone overlays with property boundaries, points of interest, pins, and labels
- Complete client edit and revision requests accurately and promptly
- Conduct a final quality check before marking jobs as complete or submitting files for delivery
- Confirm that all required files are complete and matched to the correct property
- Organise, rename, upload, and deliver media using the required platforms
- Check folders, links, and files before sending them to clients
- Update internal trackers and job statuses
- Provide timely progress updates and communicate any issues or potential delays
- Follow up proactively on missing files or outstanding revisions
- Manage assigned jobs and deadlines independently
- Complete virtual staging tasks using software and AI-powered tools
- Assist with video editing or property video content creation when required and where capable
- Assist with basic social media or production tasks during quieter periods
- Help improve quality-control processes, checklists, and editing standards
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate photo editing, image quality control, or a related role
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of colour correction, exposure, white balance, perspective, cropping, and image consistency
- Experience identifying and correcting editing errors
- Familiarity with virtual staging using image-editing software and AI-powered tools
- Previous experience editing or reviewing HDR real estate photography is an advantage
- Video-editing skills or experience creating property video content is an advantage
- Strong visual attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to check and correct your own work before submission
- Ability to follow detailed client instructions

- This role is offered under an Independent Contractor agreement, meaning you’ll be responsible for managing your own taxes, benefits, work equipment, and internet connection.
