Real Estate Operations Manager
Are you an expert in setting up efficient operational workflows in the real estate sector? We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our project execution and structure our internal back-office. You will be the architect of our development processes, ensuring that our projects run smoothly from the initial acquisition phase through to the final handover.
We are looking for you to:
• Structure the Operations: Take ownership of our project workflows, from budgeting and scheduling to internal reporting and vendor management.
• Bridge Departments: Facilitate communication between our field teams (construction/contractors) and our corporate functions (Finance/Sales/Legal).
• Optimise Performance: Implement tools and procedures that minimize delays, control costs, and ensure accountability at every stage of the project.
• Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain precise oversight of project finances, draw requests, and compliance, providing transparency to the leadership team.
Requirements
• Proven experience in managing real estate operations or development projects.
• A "systems-thinker" approach: you don’t just manage tasks; you build repeatable processes.
• Strong background in financial oversight, construction budgeting, and contract administration.
• Ability to translate complex project status updates into actionable insights for the executive team.
