Real Estate Projects Coordinator (42878)

SUMMARY

Major duties include planning and execution of the capital projects project pipeline and coordinating the deal process – from lease negotiation to creating a deal package for approval. Must possess high-level client service skills, attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to assign priority to multiple requests simultaneously.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

1. Interacts professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external business partners.
2. Creates and manages the file documentation process.
3. Creates and reviews demographic information and radius maps.
4. Creates and maintains budgets for each project.
5. Independently prioritizes and accomplishes multiple tasks within established periods.
6. Supports deal makers in preparation for key project approvals, such as real estate executive committee.
7. Coordinates all activities related to the Real Estate function, including existing portfolio management, Lease Actions, Ad-Hoc Reporting, Research requests and the negotiation of minor business terms.
8. Establishes and processes project information.
9. Works as a primary point of contact to ensure that outstanding details relative to each deal are finalized.
10. Ensures every exhibit referred to in the Letter of Intent is included in the file.
11. Ensures that all files are detailed and adhere to internal auditing guidelines.
12. Maintains all reports generated on weekly and monthly basis.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
