The Role:
As our Real Estate Recruiter, you will take full ownership of the talent acquisition pipeline. You will be responsible for hunting, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing property consultants who can thrive in Dubai’s fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard experienced Real Estate Agents and Property Specialists.
- Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt.com, and local real estate networks.
- Build a strong, continuous pipeline of talent to support the company’s aggressive growth plans in the property market.
- Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates possess the drive, network, and negotiation skills required for real estate success.

What We Are Looking For:
- Location & Availability: Must be currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
- Industry Experience: Proven recruitment experience strictly within the UAE Real Estate / Property sector.
- Target Nationalities/Backgrounds: Highly preferred profiles from Europe, UK, USA, Australia, or CIS countries (due to specific market alignment and target demographic requirements).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, headhunting capabilities, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market dynamics.
