Real Estate Sales Agent - North Madrid

About the role

From the RAS office in Madrid, we are selecting SALES REPRESENTATIVES for a company in the Real Estate sector located in El Molar.

What you'll do

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Carrying out telephone prospecting and active management of new leads to expand the client portfolio and arrange commercial appointments.

- Personalized advice to owners wishing to put their property on the sales market.

- Coordination and carrying out of property viewings, guiding both buyers and sellers throughout the entire process.

- Leadership in the final negotiation between the parties and comprehensive support until the sale is closed.

What we're looking for

👍 WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Vocational Training (FP) or University Degree related to the sales or commercial field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales positions in any sector (previous experience in the real estate sector will be positively valued).

- Driver's license and own vehicle (essential for traveling to viewings).

- Extroverted profile, with a clear orientation toward the customer, communication skills, and commercial ambition.

What you'll get

🤝 WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

-Salary: 17,094.00 + sales commissions.

How you'll work

-Schedule: Monday to Friday (from 10:00 to 14:00 h and from 17:00 to 20:00 h) and Saturdays (from 10:00 to 14:00 h).

-Stability: 3-month temporary contract with subsequent incorporation into the permanent staff.
