Q Bay Real Estate Brokerage is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agents to join our team in Lusail, Qatar.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.

• Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.

• Negotiate offers and close sales transactions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Stay updated on the Qatar real estate market and available properties.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of real estate sales experience in Qatar.

• Valid Qatar Driving License and own car.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion, closing, and relationship-building skills with a target-driven mindset.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing CRMs, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools to promote listings.
• Professional Presentation: Polished, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude, capable of handling high-net-worth clients.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
