Real Estate Transaction Manager

About this Position As Real Estate Transaction Manager you will be part of the global Corporate Real Estate Management team. In your role, you will support the Portfolio Management team along the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, ensuring data accuracy, alignment with compliance standards and business goals. What you´ll do Support the full lifecycle of real estate transactions along the process chain for leases and divestments Lead and execute assigned aspects of real estate transactions and data management activities, taking end-to-end responsibility for defined process steps, stakeholder coordination, and deliverables Support Real Estate data management and analytics, which includes maintaining and using our Planon software solution to manage the Henkel Real Estate portfolio Support Real Estate finance, controlling, and reporting activities including business case calculations, cost analyses, and approval documentation (Invest II) for Real Estate investment projects Support M A integration processes for Real Estate Support Corporate Real Estate Managers in their project management activities for office projects
