Real Estate Video Editor
NeoWork is hiring a Video Editor to join our growing creative team. This role is responsible for editing, enhancing, and producing high-quality video content that supports a variety of creative initiatives. The Video Editor will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging content while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for internal projects, digital platforms, marketing initiatives, training materials, and other multimedia needs.
- Enhance raw footage through color correction, audio enhancement, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Ensure all video content aligns with creative direction, brand standards, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members throughout the production process.
- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and media libraries to support an efficient workflow.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all video deliverables before publication or distribution.
- Adapt video content for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
- Stay current with video production trends, editing techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve content quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Experience working with various video formats, resolutions, and export settings.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with photography, animation, or other multimedia production tools is a plus.
