Video Editor (Real Estate) - WFH/Dayshift

Join a creative team producing premium real estate and property content for Australian and international markets. We’re seeking a skilled Real Estate Video Editor with strong DaVinci Resolve expertise, a refined visual eye, and experience across colour grading, audio mastering, photo editing, and post-production. • Edit real estate and property video content to produce polished, contemporary, and market-ready visual assets for Australian and international markets.
• Use DaVinci Resolve for end-to-end post-production, including video editing, colour correction, colour grading, audio mixing, audio mastering, and final exports.
• Work with RAW and Rec.709 footage, maintaining colour accuracy, visual consistency, and professional finishing standards.
• Apply refined creative judgement across property, architectural, lifestyle, luxury, and premium brand content to achieve a sophisticated visual aesthetic.
• Review footage, project briefs, brand references, and creative direction to ensure final content aligns with client expectations and premium property marketing standards.
• Support real estate photo editing, photo colour grading, and HDR stacking where required.
• Create and apply motion graphics, basic animation, and visual effects to enhance video content where appropriate.
• Prepare video assets for digital, web, presentation, and social media channels, ensuring the appropriate formats and quality for each platform.
• Manage post-production workflows, including file organisation, project timelines, revisions, exports, and version control, while meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• Maintain high attention to detail across editing, colour, audio, transitions, pacing, text, graphics, and final delivery, while staying current with industry trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years’ experience in video editing, post-production, media production, real estate content, property marketing, or a similar creative production role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing, ideally featuring real estate, property, architectural, lifestyle, luxury, or premium brand content.
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, including editing, colour correction, colour grading, audio mixing, audio mastering, and professional finishing workflows.
• Strong understanding of RAW and Rec.709 footage, colour accuracy, visual consistency, and professional post-production standards.
• Experience producing content for Australian, US, European, or international property markets is highly regarded.
• Experience with real estate photo editing, photo colour grading, and HDR stacking is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and VFX workflows is advantageous, with an understanding of the ACES colour pipeline considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Blender, Nuke, or After Effects is advantageous; graphic design skills in layout, visual composition, or vector graphics are desirable.
• Strong creative judgement, refined visual aesthetic, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce sophisticated, contemporary content.
• Strong written communication, organisational, and independent working skills, with proficiency in Windows 11 and general IT workflows, and the ability to understand briefs, manage revisions, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent creative quality.
