Real Property Analyst
SYNCADD Systems Real Property Analyst
- Provide facilities inventory support to include visual inspection of facilities, as directed, to determine existence, alterations, modifications, structural design and materials, availability of utilities, and other attributes. The Analyst will coordinate with FAPH personnel to gather facilities information and report activities in coordination with the RPAO and the RS
- Research and evaluate contract documents, blueprints, scale maps, plot plans, drawings, and other electronic and paper files to review the real property data and check for accuracy. Document findings and corrective actions for approval by the RPAO
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and government regulations applicable to the business process, terminology, policies and regulations, and systems requirements for real property-based information management analysis
- Acquire knowledge and use Army enterprise business systems (GFEBS, AIA, ePRISMS, HQIIS, RPLANS, ASIP).
- Identify and develop courses of action to address issues regarding real property accountability
- Provide project updates, metrics, communication, and documentation to clients and stakeholders
- Provide Key Management support to the RPAO
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of related experience
- Above average skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong professional oral and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions
- Experience in reading, interpreting, and applying Army Regulations, policies, and guidance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be capable of obtaining and maintaining a government security clearance
- Direct experience with real property management for government agency
- Experience with CADD and/or GIS software
- Experience with Army enterprise systems: GFEBS, AIA, ePRISMS, HQIIS, RPLANS, ASIP
- Knowledge of relevant Army Regulations and guidance pertaining to Real Property, Master Planning, and Space Management
- Prior military service or history of working with Army organizational information
