As a Real-Time (RT) Geomechanics Engineer, you will serve as a key interface between our onsite teams and our customers. You will lead crews to ensure equipment and services are deployed safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. You will apply strong analytical and engineering skills to solve operational challenges, support subsurface evaluations, and contribute to multidisciplinary projects across the energy value chain.

As a Real-Time (RT) Geomechanics Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Participate in solving complex subsurface technical problems through RT Geomechanics and Geoscience data analysis, processing and interpretation.
  • Support RT Geomechanics and geoscience related evaluations, including data QC, interpretation, and reporting.
  • Assist with advice on subsurface data acquisition, subsurface data quality issues, including technical analysis and customer engagements.
  • Engage in job shadowing and cross-region data operations support to gain a holistic understanding of the Geoscience business.
  • Apply advanced modeling, data analysis, and engineering judgment to sup
  • port operational decisions.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have graduated with a Bachelor's degree in: Engineering disciplines: Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Energy Engineering . Geoscience disciplines: Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Geomechanics
  • Have experience with Geomechanics engineering or geoscience projects.
  • Have demonstrated excellent skills in: Technical analysis, Project evaluation & Reservoir studies
  • Being advanced modeling and techno‑commercial analysis
  • Leadership in multidisciplinary Geomechanics projects
  • Bring excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Show excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork aptitude, and the ability to guide others.
  • Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, numerical proficiency, and project management abilities.
