Summary
Oversees U.S. government overseas real-estate leasing, acquisition, and portfolio strategy, advising senior leadership and managing a team of specialists.
This position is located in the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), Planning and Real Estate Directorate (PRE), Transactions Office (TO). The Transactions Office advises the PRE Managing Director on the formulation and implementation of leasing programs and policies for the Department of State (DOS) and United States Government (USG) facilities abroad; manages the overseas leasing portfolio for civilian federal agencies of the United States.
Manages complex federal real property programs involving acquisition, leasing, disposal, and portfolio management.
Provides analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on real property policies, leasing strategies, and portfolio management decision.
Coordinates and manages property initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and project execution.
Supervises a team of Realty Specialists and support staff by assigning work, setting priorities and schedules, and ensuring work aligns with division goals and workload demands.
