Realty Specialist

About the Position: This is a Realty Specialist position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, Real Estate Division in Fort Worth, TX. This announcement is for current, permanent Army employees that would like to be considered for a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade. Serve as the Real Estate Division representative for civil works projects managed under the Project Management Business Process (PMBP).

Develop project budgets, milestones, timelines, cooperative agreements, and other planning reports.

Implement the acquisition of necessary real estate interests for civil works and military projects.

Study plans and design memoranda and directs the preparation of right-of-way drawings in the most cost-effective manner.

Represent Real Estate Division at meetings with local sponsors and other local interests regarding the real estate aspects of civil works projects.

Conduct field investigations to determine the description, extent, and type of land or improvements to be acquired.
