Realty Specialist

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Real Estate Personnel to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: You will serve as a Realty Specialist, responsible for the full range of real estate matters, applying a thorough knowledge of acquisition, management, and disposal practices.

Demonstrates master level of federal real estate practices involving a variety of Real Estate stakeholders and client agencies.

Negotiates complex land acquisition and leasing actions in support of Real Estate stakeholders and client agencies.

Apply project management principles, methods, and tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, evaluating, and managing project resources and schedules both internal and external to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Ensures information systems and records are maintained in accordance with USACE and client agency guidance and regulation.
