Receiver [Part-time] - Artyzen Singapore Hotel

Join our team as a Part-Time Receiver and play an important role in supporting the hotel’s daily operations.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3.00 PM (6.5 hours per day, inclusive of a 30-minute break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and deliveries
• Ensure delivered items match purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Liaise professionally with suppliers and delivery personnel
• Maintain accurate receiving records and proper storage practices
• Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to handle goods and deliveries
• Good communication skills and able to interact effectively with suppliers and delivery personnel
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Previous experience in receiving, storekeeping, or a similar role will be an advantage
