Reception Manager - Boise Clinics

Full Circle Health is looking for a Reception Manager to oversee our Boise area clinics!

Purpose

The Reception Manager leads reception operations across multiple clinics through partnerships with clinic reception supervisors, prioritizing a positive patient experience through responsive, patient-centered service. The manager develops supervisors’ leadership skills and supports their work to strengthen staff competency and team development through onboarding, training, and coaching. The manager also establishes consistent, standardized reception processes and supports supervisors in managing staffing and daily operations. In collaboration with clinic leaders and other departments, the manager advances continuous quality improvement while supporting organizational values, patient privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Schedule

Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
