- Provide client or guest relation support
- Serving beverages such as coffee and tea to guests
- Distribution of marketing materials and promoting of products or services
- Data collection such as assisting the process of filling up registration form
- Managing registration or information desk
- Provide guest relation duties such as welcoming visitors to the event booth
- Attending to queries by visitors about the Clients company, products, services and exhibition.
- Assist in setting up and/or packing up of the event space that is not higher than 2 meters from the floor, and under 20kg of weight (for male) and 10kg of weight (for female).
- Provide crowd control and human traffic control when needed for safety and orderly reasons
