Receptionist and Reception Assistant

About the role

At HM Jaime III, located in Palma, we are looking to recruit professionals for the Reception Department in the following positions:

• Reception assistants
• Receptionists

What you'll do

- performing check in/out.

- reservation management.

- concierge service (recommendations on activities, restaurants, transfer management).

- promotion and sale of the extra services offered by the hotel (upgrades, excursions, bicycles, etc.).

- customer service, incident management, and reporting updates.

- other tasks specific to the position applied for.

What we're looking for

We are looking for responsible, organized people with a clear orientation toward the customer, capable of offering professional and friendly service at all times. We especially value communication skills, effective incident resolution, and teamwork, as well as the care for the image and quality standards specific to the Reception department, which are key to the guest experience and the hotel's reputation.

• Residency in Mallorca
• Training and previous experience in reception positions.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English; other languages will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of IT tools and hotel management software. If you also have knowledge of Timón, other languages, or have previous experience, it will be a plus!
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Proactive and teamwork-oriented.
