THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a friendly and organised Casual Receptionist to join our team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build their career in administration, customer service or the veterinary industry.

You don't need veterinary experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone with great people skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

If you've worked in retail, hospitality, administration, healthcare, childcare or another customer-facing role, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Welcome clients and patients to the clinic
• Manage appointments and scheduling
• Answer phones and respond to enquiries
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Support veterinarians and nurses with administrative tasks
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
• Assist with general clinic operations as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Confidence using computers and practice management systems
• A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Availability across weekdays is essential.
• Additional flexibility to assist with leave coverage and peak periods will be highly regarded

• Veterinary experience is highly regarded but not essential.
