Specific responsibilities include:

Reception

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting and assisting guests
  • Coordinating communications
  • Providing administrative support to management and other departments as needed
  • Tracking guest/ vendor log
  • Opening and distributing mail/ checks appropriately
  • Distribution of incoming faxes

Administrative Assistant

  • Assist anyone in management as needed
  • Purchasing office, cleaning & café supplies
  • Maintain supplies and the supply closet
  • Help coordinate new hire lunches
  • Coordinate contacting sharp with copier issues/supplies
  • Screen candidate resumes as requested
  • Complete I9’s and onboarding as requested

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office setting with experience dealing with visitors, customers from all levels
  • Able to use necessary office equipment to perform job (copier, fax, computer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other computer programs associated with the business
  • Experience working with multiple leaders and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience meeting deadlines and prioritizing workload

Supervisory Responsibility - This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment - this job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely involves using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work - this is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Travel – on occasions for trainings held outside of the office or to participate in company sponsored event.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications - must pass a background check and drug test
