Are you friendly, organized, and enjoy working with people? Do you take pride in making others feel welcome? We are looking for a personable and professional Receptionist to join our team at Chase Memorial Nursing Home & Rehabilitation!

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, residents, families, and staff. You will play an important role in creating a positive first impression while helping keep our facility running smoothly through excellent customer service and administrative support.

Schedule:

• Every other weekend: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• One weekday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Welcome and greet visitors, residents, families, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer incoming telephone calls, take and relay messages, and page staff when necessary.

• Direct visitors and guests to the appropriate departments.

• Sort and distribute incoming mail for residents and staff.

• Maintain the reception area, resident directories, and visitor sign-in/sign-out logs.

• Ensure copier supplies, applications, and other reception materials are readily available.

• Provide administrative assistance and support to various departments as needed.

• Complete required training, in-services, and ongoing education.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.

• 1–3 years of previous receptionist experience preferred.
