Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a Receptionist for our clinics, who will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, offering exceptional service and guaranteeing a positive experience.

What you'll do

• Kind and professional attention to patients and visitors.
• Management of the appointment calendar in HAL, scheduling, and agenda confirmation.
• Control and management of contracts and treatment payments.
• Daily cash balancing and invoice control.
• Efficient handling and management of incoming calls.
• Registration and updating of patient data with confidentiality.
• Support in administrative tasks and coordination of supplies.
• Assistance in the registration process and resolution or redirection of inquiries.
• Maintenance of a clean and welcoming reception area.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in customer service or reception.
• Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio or Superior) in Administrative Management, Commercial Activities, or Marketing.
• Skills in social media management and basic design tools (Canva).
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and patient orientation.
• Dynamic, organized profile, with initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
• Knowledge of or interest in integrating into the clinic's area.
• Good appearance and a vocation for service.
• Residence less than 1 hour from the clinic.
• Language: Spanish (essential).

Nice to have

• Valuable complementary training in Community Management, Digital Marketing, or Communication.
• Patient orientation and empathy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and multitasking ability.
• Proactivity and commitment.
• Proficiency in office tools.
