Receptionist

Hiring: Receptionist at EKO Hotels & Suites

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Requirements
3-5 years Of experience as a Receptionist in hotel environment
High school diploma Or equivalent
Certification in hospitality or customer service (desirable)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, Including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in English (additional languages beneficial)
Proficient in hotel operating systems Opera, Marriott)

Preferred Qualifications
●Experience in a luxury hotel or resort
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
●Certification in customer service or hospitality
●Familiarity with property management systems
●Strong organizational and time management skills
