Role Overview

As a Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and staff. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication within our healthcare setting. You will support the daily operations of the department by managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and assisting with clerical tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and positive experience of everyone who interacts with Henry Ford Health.

What You Will Do

• Receive, screen, route, and respond to incoming telephone calls.
• Take accurate messages and ensure their timely delivery.
• Greet guests and provide appropriate assistance and information.
