About the role

At HM Hotels, a Mallorcan hotel chain with 23 establishments in Mallorca, Tenerife, Dominican Republic, and Mexico, we are looking for reception staff for our whala!beach hotel, located in Arenal de Llucmajor

What you'll do

• Performing check-in and check-out.
• Customer service and assistance both in person, as well as by telephone or email, and attention and follow-up of special guest requests.
• Promotion and sale of extra services.
• Management of reservations, modifications and cancellations.
• Management of incidents and daily reports.
• Other tasks inherent to the position.

What we're looking for

• Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and nights.
• One year of previous experience in the position.
• IT knowledge and proficiency in office tools.
• Spanish and English (minimum B1).
• Valid work permit.
• Customer orientation, proactivity and ability to resolve incidents.

Nice to have

We will positively value knowledge of the German language, experience with the Timón Hotels operating system, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.

What you'll get

• Immediate start.
• Salary according to collective agreement.
• Temporary/permanent seasonal contract with possibilities of permanent incorporation depending on performance.
• Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, on a full-time basis of 40 hours per week.
• Two consecutive days of rest per week.
